Today, awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace has been driven in part by increasing numbers of millennials in the workplace. More and more, employees are welcoming cognitive inclusion and diversity (CID), or the full acceptance of the whole person and his or her unique set of attributes and perspectives within organizations.

Diversity inspires creativity, growth, and profitability.
