The Capital Region Chamber kicked off the New Year with the I.G.N.I.T.E - Owning The Power To Be You event which was presented by the Women’s Business Council. Robbin Jorgensen, Founder & CEO of Women Igniting Change gave an inspiring and engaging presentation which voiced her advocacy for empowering women and girls around the world. Melissa Clark attended and represented the Carpenter Contractor Trust and the Sisters in the Brotherhood program.
Jorgensen is a renowned women’s leadership strategist and through the Women Igniting Change foundation, she assists in leveraging the unique talents and abilities of their women leaders. Jorgensen also spoke about the IgnitedNation program which is specifically designed for women. This leadership program empowers and mobilizes women into the corporate world through a variety of team coaching and leadership development workshops.
